Senior Website Designer

We are looking for a talented, energized web designer who wants to work in a fast growing creative environment. Express your creativity every day, interact with clients, meet campaign objectives and become a part of an interactive design team. 

Applicants must be proficient in all aspects of Internet/Web Design and possess a strong understanding of modern web standards and usability. Design and build client Web sites and multimedia presentations for delivery on the Internet from concept, through production to delivery. Prior agency experience preferred. Qualified applicants will be invited for an in-person interview and skills demonstration. 

Must be capable of producing: 

Outstanding designs 
Intuitive and user friendly user interfaces 
Integrated online marketing campaigns (banner ads, rich emails, landing pages) 
Page layouts & site maps 

Skills Required: 

Advanced knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator 
Understanding of modern website design 
Cross platform design capabilities, PC & MAC 
Understanding of Prototype/jQuery capabilities 
Understanding of XHTML/CSS 
Understanding of Content Management Systems (Drupal preferably) 
Multimedia experience a plus (Flash, Video, Audio)
